- ensure your neighbours and friends are aware of National Grid's
proposals and the GPA's campaign (let them know about the GPA and its
website)

- write to National Grid with your objections with a copy to the GPA
if possible. The GPA will collect and forward
all such letters to your local MP, county and district councillors

- make a donation to the GPA to ensure the campaign continues to benefit from
professional advice from lawyers and planning and other consultants
(see "Fundraising" for ways in which to do this)

- check the GPA website regularly for updates

- contact your village GPA representative for further information, if
you want to get more involved in the campaign or if you would like to
help write your village’s formal response to National Grid t be
included in the overall GPA submission to National Grid

- CONTACT THE GPA IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE DETAILS OF ITS PLANS TO BECOME A PERMANENT CONSERVATION SOCIETY FOR SOUTH SUFFOLK LATER IN 2010
